Adobe launches the beta version of its Firefly Video model, enabling users to create video clips from text prompts or images. Firefly Video offers features like camera angle control, 3D sketch-to-image conversion, atmospheric element creation, and custom motion design. The model initially supports 1080p resolution with plans for a 4k version for professional use. Firefly Video, trained on legal and public domain content, ensures copyright-free outputs. Access will be available through Adobe Premiere Pro and a dedicated web application, Firefly.Adobe.com.
Following on the success of its IP-friendly Firefly Image model, Adobe announced on Wednesday the beta release of a new Firefly Video model, as well as two subscription packages with which to access its audio and video generating abilities.
Recommended Videos Firefly Video will be accessible both through Adobe Premiere Pro and through a new web application , Firefly.Adobe.com. Users will be able to generate video clips from both text prompts and reference images, as well as add atmospheric effects and custom motion design elements. They’ll even be able to lock in the first and last frames of a clip, “to preserve visual continuity, keep colors and character details consistent.
