The superstar will reportedly wear a new custom gown every weekend of her five-month run.
Adele's Vegas residency is set to be a showcase for the singer's classic style in addition to her stunning vocals.
The superstar continued "Weekends With Adele" at Caesars Palace last Friday night, taking the stage in a gorgeous Old Hollywood-style gown. In a slideshow of photos taken by Raven B. Verona, shared on Instagram and captioned "Weekend 2," the singer wears a custom haute couture gown from Givenchy, designed by Matthew M. Williams.
The black silk crepe dress features an off-the-shoulder drapped neckline, long sleeves, a curve-hugging silhouette that lightly flares below the knee, and a crystal-embroidered halter strap that begins under each arm and wraps around her back. Adele finished the look with a pair of large diamond teardrop earrings and a matching ring, while wearing her hair half-up in a high ponytail.
She also wore an array of Lorraine Schwartz jewelry, including an ornate pair of oversized triple-layer gold hoops.
