Early trends from the Election Commission showed the alliance firmly ahead of its rivals.By evening , the BJP was leading on 90 seats, emerging as the single largest party, while the JD followed with leads on 85 seats. Smaller allies, LJP , HAM and RLM, added crucial gains, putting the NDA on course for what appears to be its most decisive victory since 2010.
