The Japan-Taiwan Industrial Metaverse Collaboration Forum will take place on Nov. 10 in Tokyo, Japan and aims to dig deeper into the potential of the global metaverse market along with its prevailing and future applications.
Registration if free to all qualified industry professionals. The global metaverse market has been growing rapidly as it heavily penetrates its currently known applications, particularly in the gaming and entertainment industries. The market will register unprecedented growth rates in the future as it enters even uncharted territories and applications.To dig deeper into the potential of the metaverse, the Taiwanese government, through the Ministry of Economic Affairs , the Taiwan External Trade Development Council , and The International Trade Administration , will organize a one-day Japan-Taiwan Industrial Metaverse Collaboration Forum on November 10 in Tokyo, Japan. The forum, titledstarts at 10am at Conference Rooms 5-7, 47th floor, Shinjuku Sumitomo Building 2-6-1 Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo. The forum is free to all industry professionals on a first-come, first-served policy with a maximum of 120 guests.The Japan Metaverse Association will also co-organize the forum. Kunimi Mabuchi, Representative Director of Japan, and James Lee, Senior Adviser, 3D Project Teamof TAITRA will deliver their respective keynote speeches. Meanwhile, six companies – three from Japan and three from Taiwan – will deliver their respective insights on the current trends and future landscape of the Metaverse.Recent survey forecasts revealed the advancement of cross-reality and artificial intelligence technologies will expand the global metaverse market to about ¥100 trillion by 2030. One of the crucial factors to sustain the growth trajectory is identifying the right-fit applications of the metaverse.The forum will propose strategies to create a metaverse business while introducing business models of leading companies that lead metaverse industries in Taiwan and Japan. The Japan-Taiwan Industrial Metaverse Collaboration Forum is among the major sidelight events that will happen at Taiwan Expo, which will happen for the first in Japan from Nov. 9 to 11. Taiwan Expo is an annual event that aims to highlight Taiwan’s diverse industries, particularly in the fields of culture, food, business, and technology. Organized by TAITRA, Taiwan Expo has been held 18 times in seven countries around the world.
