Cyclone Ditwah Update : Authorities in Tamil Nadu have announced the closure of schools and colleges in Chennai and several districts as Cyclone Ditwah brings heavy rain and strong winds to the region. The officials said the holiday has been declared to ensure student safety amid the possibility of intense rainfall and waterlogging.
