เหนือ-อีสาน-ตะวันออกฝนตกหนัก เสี่ยงน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน-น้ำป่าไหลหลาก กทม.ยังฝนฟ้าคะนอง 70% ของพื้นที่กรมอุตุนิยมวิทยารายงานทั่วไปพยากรณ์อากาศ 24 ชั่วโมงข้างหน้าประจำวันที่ 20 ก.ย.65ว่า ร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านประเทศเมียนมาและประเทศลาวตอนบน เข้าสู่หย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำบริเวณประเทศเวียดนามตอนกลาง ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้ และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังปานกลาง ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้ประเทศไทยยังคงมีฝนตกหนักบางพื้นที่ในภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และภาคตะวันออก ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าว ระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่มในระยะนี้ไว้ด้วย ฝุ่นละอองขนาดเล็ก พยากรณ์อากาศสำหรับประ
