Three suspects are under arrest and charged in connection with the armed robbery of a pizza restaurant on Montgomery’s Atlanta Highway, according to court filings.

Darrin Spencer Jr., 22, Cordelia Adair, 37, and Gary Adair, 32, are each charged with first-degree robbery. The relationship among the suspects is unclear. 5338 Atlanta Highway shortly after 10 p.m. Wednesday where they committed a robbery. Spencer, the filings noted, also fired an AR-15 rifle inside the occupied building.in connection to the kidnapping and assault of a minor. That case involved references to a homicide, though law enforcement has yet to release specific details.Each suspect is being held at the Montgomery County Detention Facility.
