Three Bibb County Jail employees face criminal charges following an investigation into misconduct.
C.J. Graham is accused of having sex with an inmate at the jail. She is charged with custodial sexual misconduct and promoting prison contraband .Two more jail employees also face charges. Kaci Foster and Martina Brown are both charged with first-degree promoting prison contraband .
They are accused of bringing cell phones, razors, vaping devices, earbuds and other unauthorized items into the jail. Graham, Foster and Brown were booked into the Chilton County Jail for security reasons and have been released.“My office will not allow any employee or individual to compromise the safety, security, or integrity of our jail. We will hold anyone accountable who violates the law or abuses their position.
