PETALING JAYA: Terdapat 28 kes baru jangkitan Covid-19 dilaporkan sehingga 6 Mac 12 tengah hari tadi, menjadikan jumlah kumulatif kes positif sebanyak 83 kes.
Daripada jumlah kumulatif itu, 65 orang tempatan, 15 orang warga China, dan 1 warga Amerika Syarikat, Jepun, dan Itali. “Sehingga kini, sebanyak 956 kontak rapat dikenalpasti,” kata Ketua Pengarah Kesihatan, Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah dalam kenyataan. Menurut kenyataan itu, daripada jumlah itu, sebanyak 258 kontak rapat kepada kluster yang berkaitan dengan kes“Daripada kluster ini, 18 orang disahkan positif Covid-19, 70 orang negatif namun begitu mereka diletakkan bawah perintah pengawasan dan pemerhatian di rumah untuk tempoh 14 hari,” katanya.
“Manakala seramai 170 orang lagi berjaya dikesan dan masih menunggu keputusan makmal. Mereka ini juga diletakkan bawah perintah pengawasan dan pemerhatian di rumah.”
