A 23-year-old Seattle man pleaded guilty on Thursday to charges of receiving child pornography.
SEATTLE — A 23-year-old Seattle man pleaded guilty on Thursday to charges of receiving child pornography, according to a statement from the Department of Justice.On Wednesday, Marshall was sentenced in Pierce County Superior Court to 87 months in prison for the exploitation of a Texas 12-year-old.According to the terms of a plea agreement, Marshall is expected to receive nine-years in prison and 15-years of supervised release when he is sentenced in April.
An investigation began after the mother of a 12-year-old girl in Texas reported her daughter was communicating with Marshall by text message and Discord, and the sexual nature of their conversations.
