The EQE53 has the same 90.6-kWh battery pack as the standard Benz model, and its higher performance diminishes range a bit. The EPA says the EQE53 should be good for 225 miles of driving per charge but we managed to drive for 230 miles onThe EQE53 is rated for 74 MPGe city and 73 MPGe highway, which is slightly more efficient than the larger and heavier EQS53. On our 75-mph highway fuel economy route, we recorded 77 MPGe.
