Police came across a 16-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy who were both suffering from gunshot wounds to the legs.
It all began just after 8:30 p.m. on the block of Solly Avenue in the city’s Holmesburg section, across from Father Judge High School, when officers from the Philadelphia Police Department were called for reports of gunshots.
