A shooting late Sunday at a pizza restaurant led to an hourslong SWAT standoff at a home in a Sugar Land subdivision, officials said.
Officers around 7 p.m. responded to a report of a shooting at a pizza restaurant in the 19000 block of Southwest Freeway, Adolph said. A caller told police two men were arguing and one had shot the other in the leg outside the restaurant. Witnesses told police the shooter had left with another man.
