Allaine Beduya Collamar of the University of the Philippines-Tacloban and Hebban Talib Tawantawan of the University of San Jose Recoletos topped the examination with 91.17 percent rating.Also in the top 10 are Frances Anne Foronda, Isabela State University-Echague, 90.50 percent; John Patrick Foronda, PHINMA-Upang College Urdaneta Inc., 90.33 percent; Aldrich Carl Galang, Don Honorio Ventura Technology-Sta. Mesa, 90.33 percent; Mark Johnrey Gandia, University of Sto. Tomas, 89.
17 percent; Kate Wenjie Basoy, University of the Philippines-Iloilo City, 89 percent; Aira Nicole Sabornido, University of the Philippines- Tacloban, 89 percent; Joseph Anelo Ogrimen, University of Sto.
