EWWWW, y'all need to chill.

"I was upgrading a young woman at the office to a new phone. While I was setting things up on the new one, she was chatting with a coworker via Teams on the old one. At one point, the message notifications got in sync, and the first one that came out was: 'With no condom?!' followed by, 'Well, you didn't mind that, am I right?' Poker face through the entire operation.

" "I was responsible for backing up salespeople's laptops manually. They'd drop their laptop off, I'd scan it for anything that needed backing up, and transfer the files. A married salesguy left a folder with pictures and videos of him and the receptionist getting it on at a company event . I sat him down and said I found some shit on his laptop that shouldn't be on company property. He turned white as a ghost. I told him it was all good, though. I wouldn't say shit so long as he deleted everything/didn't do it again.""I worked in tech support for a medical software company. We help people remotely, sometimes directly through the clinic, and other times with an IT person on-site, depending on the issue. This time, I hopped onto a screen share with an IT who was helping a plastic surgeon on-site. I got onto the share, and there were about 50 pictures of boobs all across the desktop. No order or organization, just thumbnails. When I was audibly shocked, the IT apologized for not warning me.""I work for an MSP, and one of our clients is a plastic surgery clinic. I'm a couple of months into the job, and the point of contact calls and needs help mapping a network share called the 'Public' folder to a new computer. I get remoted in and map the folder. It immediately opens in another window, and the view was set to medium tiles, so I see a full screen of full-frontal nude shots of their clients. He pretty quickly closed it, and we had a good chuckle about it when I suggested they should rename it the 'Pubic' folder." "I had a library job at a university a couple of summers ago while in undergrad, and I was tasked with digitizing a bunch of old slide film from the previous dean of the college. Most of the photos were pretty normal, like family pictures and nature, etc. However, there were a few photos of the dean and his wife, completely nude. Definitely a jump-scare, haha. I didn't say anything and sent over all of the photos after they were digitized.""This guy had a naked picture of his wife spread-eagled set as his background. While working as tech support for MCI, I got a standard call about help setting up email. Directed the guy to our webpage and was able to remote in to set it up for him, as this is WAY easier than talking him through it. We warn the customer multiple times that we can see everything on their desktop—tax documents, family photos, etc. We also tell them they can take back control at any time by moving the mouse. Guy says, 'Okay, no problem.' His desktop loads, and there is a naked woman on the bed with legs spread wide. I immediately pull up his email to get to work and cover his background, and he grabs control of the session, minimizes the screen, and asks, 'What do you think about that?'" "I deflect that I'd just like to get his email set up, as I have other customers waiting, and he lets me start again. A few seconds later, he takes control again and minimizes the screen. At this point, I have an audience of snickering coworkers watching me try to wrangle this call. I'm able to guilt him into letting me continue by telling him my calls are timed, and I get in trouble if I take too long , but that call still went longer than I wanted." "I was working on a manager's iPhone, and a text came in while I was showing him how to do something that said, 'I'm not happy, and I want a divorce.' I tried to play it off like I didn't see it. That was probably the most uncomfortable moment in my life, and I'm old!""I used to do billing support for Comcast briefly, and one dude called in to pay his bill with a credit card, and within 72 hours, the dude had watched in full nearly 60 hours' worth of porn. On the billing side, it shows the runtime of each movie and how much was watched; that way, we could add a discount, with discretion, if they didn't watch all of it. Over $400, including his regular monthly rate." "I work in network support. Had a lady call in complaining that their connection was slow. Saw a huge spike in Wi-Fi traffic from one device. Looked at where the traffic was going, and it was OnlyFans. Long story short, this girl was uploading her porn on the company's Wi-Fi. I ended up having to report that to her boss; that was an uncomfortable phone call.""I was fixing a late-middle-aged lady's computer almost 20 years ago when I worked at CompUSA. She had me back up all of her photos onto CD-ROMs, which I did. While selecting the pictures, there were literally HUNDREDS of photos of her with a dildo in her ass. However, the best part was that she was bending over, looking into the camera through her legs, with this giant smile. The pictures had her on a beach, in every room in her house, and just about anywhere you could realistically think to take a picture. It was almost like she was taking pictures of things, like somebody would do to show off their trip abroad. Except she had a dildo in her ass in every one of them." "If she were in front of the Eiffel Tower, she would definitely have a picture of herself looking through her legs. It was both profoundly provocative and sexual, and seemed totally nonchalant, like everybody had pictures like this. However, the most jarring thing to me about it all was that she was a major real estate agent in my city. I would see her picture on bus stops, park benches, and grocery store carts. I'm convinced she had to have known we'd see these pictures. She paid the outrageous fee CompUSA charged for this service and likely continued her free-wheeling dildo hiding photo safari." "I was doing accounting software support 20 years ago. Had an older gentleman who needed assistance with a tough PC issue. After an hour or so, he asked to step away to use the restroom. I figured he put me on mute and walked away. He instead took the phone with him, and I heard the whole ordeal, grunts included.""I'm not an official tech support, but I always find myself in the role. My in-laws have an older gay gentleman as a close family friend. He was visiting for Thanksgiving and brought his laptop to show us all the pictures of his new house. When he went to open the photos, the folder would not open. Try as he might, it seemed like the window was trying to open off-screen. I volunteered to take a look. When I grabbed the window from the side of the screen and dragged it to the center of the desktop, my jaw hit the floor. It was a full-on wall of dong, all shapes and sizes. All obviously selfies that had been sent to him — all displayed in 'view extra large' mode. I tried to get it closed before everyone gathered around could see it, but I was too late. Weirdest Thanksgiving ever." "I worked tech support for Google. Had this one customer who was trying to get 'paid action' by searching on Google and ended up registering a 'venue' at his own address, thinking he was registering on a spicy site . I had to listen to details on the phone for an hour on HOW it happened and all kinds of calls he was getting. Let's say I had to mute multiple times to laugh. Got it rectified, but man, I feel bad for my QA who had to hear that conversation; it would make a grown man turn away.""'I want to cancel my Internet subscription. I have to go to court next week to answer charges of murder.' 'Okay, sir. I'll get right on it.' He was found guilty." "I used to work as a mobile PC support guy. One of my clients ran a BDSM business from her house. Had the whole setup in one of her bedrooms — pretty wild stuff. Anyway, one of my call-outs to her was to help her transfer photos from her camera to her PC. I had mentally prepared myself to see some of the images, just in case I had to open them up and prove to her they transferred. The good news is that I transferred the photos successfully, but didn't have to view them. The bad news was that she had a client over, and I had to overhear the session through the walls while fixing her PC. I still have random flashbacks to that day.""Being asked to copy the pictures and videos off her iCloud before her ex-husband sees them. This woman was a complete stranger, and I'm looking at her banging three guys on a beach. She certainly was having a great time while her girlfriend filmed everything." "A guy sent an email to us that he couldn't watch porn without it stuttering and sent the link. The weird bit was that he sent it to the internal email address that emails the entire company.""I worked at a B2B tech firm a while back, where customers would come in asking for help with everything from complicated phone exchange routing issues to regular phone software issues. This guy came in because he couldn't get his gallery in his phone to sync with his Google Photos properly. He asked me to check that everything was synced correctly in his gallery, and when I scroll through it with him watching, I scroll past several close-up pictures of his dick and hairy balls, and a picture of his wife topless. He was silent for a few seconds, then said, 'Uh, thanks... Looks like it works now,' and power-walked out the door."And:"I worked as an Apple advisor for years, and we could do a screen share with customers. I've seen everything from a man's wife with a butt plug in, full-frontals, and wild ass bookmarks on a shared computer. Oddly enough, almost every photo I saw seemed intentional, as if they were trying to show off. They'd jump to messages, photos, etc., while we'd be working on something like a maps issue."No matter your industry, have you ever dealt with an unhinged customer?
