£12 M&S perfume is 'extremely similar' to £92 Marc Jacobs version

The two perfumes 'last equally as long on the skin'

Dupeshop has posted a photo to its Instagram account sharing the M&S dupe. Dupeshop is a company that helps you find “affordable money-saving alternatives and dupes for popular makeup, skincare and fragrance products in the UK”.

Alongside a photo of the two perfumes, the page wrote: “Hey. Look what we’ve found. You don’t wanna miss these…" The post compares M&S' Discover Intense Gardenia & Vanilla Eau de Toilette to Marc Jacobs' Daisy.Dupeshop compared the two and said the dupe was "thoroughly tested against the high-end product on different participants by Dupeshop's expert team", which includes cosmetic scientists and luxury product manufactures.

They added: "Both perfumes have fresh, sweet and fruity notes, and they both have sandalwood and vanilla as their base notes." However, they said that the M&S perfume has "a slightly freshers, more green scent." Dupeshop also shared that the two perfumes "last equally as long on the skin". Instagram M&S' Discover Intense Gardenia & Vanilla Eau de Toilette is priced at £12.50, while Marc Jacobs' Daisy would set shoppers back £192 This means shoppers could save around £79 by opting for the Marks and Spencer dupe.
