) - A man and woman remained behind bars this afternoon in connection to an alleged robbery at a Dollar General store. According to the Mobile Police Department , officers responded to the store at 4821 Moffett Road around 12:31 p.
m. Wednesday in reference to a robbery.Employees told officers that a man hid items on his person while in the store, MPD said. When the employee confronted the man, he allegedly pull out a gun, pointed it at the employee, and left the scene. Shortly afterward, officers located the man and a woman and detained them. Officers discovered drugs in the man’s pocket. Forty-four-year-old Carlos Dials of Mobile and 56-year-old Jayda Jordan of Prichard were arrested and taken to the Mobile County Metro Jail.
