PARMA, Ohio - The Parma Police Department is asking for the public’s help Friday in locating a missing woman with the cognitive abilities of a 13-year-old.
Victoria, 37, was reported missing by her caregiver after leaving her Parma home Thursday morning at 4 a.m. According to surveillance video obtained by police, she is seen leaving her side door and heading on foot in an unknown direction. Victoria has short brown “spiked-up” hair and was seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants and carrying a bright pink purse. She has a history of running away; three years ago she was found near the Applebee’s in Brunswick.
