Mosbey also pleaded guilty to a charge of invasive visual recording.
Texas State University reports more assaults, fewer drug and alcohol arrests Because Mosbey had a previous conviction for a sexual offense against a child, state District Judge Dan Mills sentenced him to life in prison without the possibility of parole, the district attorneys office said. In 1992, Mosbey was court-martialed while serving in the U.S. Marine Corps and found guilty of sexual offenses against a child, according to the district attorney's office.
