Jason Pipkin has been charged with seven counts of burglary and one count of receiving stolen property. Heath Andrew Brown has been charged with one count of burglary. Mark Daniel Wiggins has been charged with four counts of burglary, one count of possession of methamphetamine and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, according to the sheriff’s office. The burglaries were reported throughout Monroe County over the past two months, Boatwright said.
