m. on Feb. 15. According to court documents, Kimberlyn Videa-Dubon, 30, and Luis Reyes-Pagan, 46, both of Lancaster, were arguing over issues related to Reyes-Pagan's phone. Investigators said Videa-Dubon was holding a three-month-old girl during the fight and struck Reyes-Pagan multiple times. Reyes-Pagan told police he hit Videa-Dubon back and, in doing so, struck the baby in the head, according to the documents. Baby suffers skull fracture, court docs say Investigators said the baby girl was transported to Lancaster General Hospital before being transferred to Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center due to the severity of her injuries. According to the documents, the baby suffered a skull fracture and intracranial bleeding. Reyes-Pagan stated that 'his actions were reckless but provoked' by Videa-Dubon, police said. Videa-Dubon and Reyes-Pagan were both charged with aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of children and simple assault. Videa-Dubon was also charged with harassment.
