About 18,500 swings have been recalled because the swing seat can detach from the frame while in use, posing a fall hazard with risk of serious injury or death. The CPSC said it had received eight reports of injuries—including head and arm impact injuries—after the seat detached while in use.
The affected swing has a black metal frame and arms, with a fabric canopy and a brown wicker-style padded seat, and carries the model no. 1934256.stores and online at Costco.com, from February 2026 until March 2026, for about $549–$649. : Consumers are advised to stop using the swings immediately and contact World Bright International Limited for a free repair kit, including replacement hooks and instructions.
About 200 pool drain covers have been recalled because they violate the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool & Spa Safety Act entrapment protection standards, creating entrapment and drowning hazards. The drain covers are made from white ABS plastic, are around 7 inches in diameter and weigh around 4.6 ounces.from September 2025 to March 2026, for about $15.
The CPSC says that, if a consumer has the recalled cover installed in their pool, they should stop using the pool immediately. They should remove the cover, destroy it, photograph proof of the destruction, and then email superbobirecall@outlook.com for a refund.
Some 16,260 of the Generac and DR electric-start pressure washers have been recalled because the start/stop button can malfunction and self-start, risking carbon monoxide poisoning if the machine is left running in a confined space, said the CPSC. There have been six incidents of the pressure washer self-starting, but there have been no injuries or property damage reported to date.
Affected models include the Generac G0089111, G0088941, G0088951, and DR Power DPW3109DEN. Each bears the model and serial labels on the frame. The pressure washers were sold on Amazon from November 2021 until February 2026, for about $500–$590. Consumers with the recalled washer should stop using it immediately and contact Generac for a free repair via an authorized dealer.
The CPSC says that the washer is safe to use with the pull-start option only. About 102,430 pull-string teething toys have been recalled because the silicone strings are longer and smaller than allowed under the mandatory toy standards and can reach the back of a child’s throat, posing respiratory distress and a deadly choking risk. The CPSC is aware of 11 choking incidents.
The toy is an off-white disc with a red ball in the center, with six long, multicolored silicone"tentacle" pull strings attached. The affected toys carry the model number 688-59, which can be found on the packaging. The recalled toy was sold on Amazon from October 2022 to January 2026, for about $10–$12. The CPSC is urging parents to take the toy away from children and stop using it immediately.
They should cut and discard the strings, mark the body of the toy with"Recalled," and submit a photo to the manufacturer to receive a free replacement. About 125,200 Cosyland-branded children’s tower stools have been recalled over concerns that a child’s body could fit through the openings on the front and back sides of the stools, posing tip-over, fall, and entrapment hazards with risk of serious injury or death.
So far, the CPSC has received 25 incident reports with eight injuries, including scrapes, cuts, and a fractured arm. : The affected models are the CS0003 and CS0092-4. Both come in natural bamboo or gray, and are about 16 inches deep, 18 inches wide, and 35 inches tall. The stools were sold on Amazon between April 2021 and November 2025, for around $70.
Consumers should keep the stools away from children and contact Cosyland for a free repair kit, which includes protective nets and stabilizing feet, complete with full instructions. Around 25,235 Guidecraft kitchen helper towers have been recalled because the platform can loosen over time, becoming unstable or detaching and creating a fall hazard. The CPSC has received 11 reports of children falling, with 3 sustained injuries, including a bloody nose and bruises.
: The towers come in nine different colors, and the recall applies to specific item numbers and lot numbers, which have been listed by Guidecraft. The item numbers and lot numbers can be found on a foil sticker underneath the tower. from June 2022 to October 2023, for about $200. Consumers should stop using the towers immediately and contact Guidecraft for free repair parts and instructions.
Around 2,900 Amazon adjustable dumbbells because the weight plates may fail to engage fully and can, therefore, dislodge during use, posing an impact hazard. The CPSC has received eight reports of plates dislodging, although no injuries have been reported. : The dumbbells come in black and can be adjusted from 5 to 55 lbs. The affected lot code is: C250306VJAW5, which can be found on the outer packaging.
The dumbbells were sold on Amazon from July to September 2025, for about $170–$320. Consumers should stop using the product immediately, and register and return just the dumbbell handle—with a prepaid label provided by Amazon—for a full refund.
