A boom in construction of industrial space on San Antonio ’s East Side is continuing, driving up expectations of higher vacancy rates in the new year. The latest addition is coming from Denver real estate company Huntington Industrial Partners , which is building nearly 310,000 square feet of speculative space at 111 and 135 Kiefer Road .
