The crash happened about 11:43 p.m. Saturday. Jorge Loza-Resendiz, 28, of Summerdale, was pronounced dead at the scene., also of Summerdale, was trying to elude a Summerdale police officer. The truck left the road and hit a tree in a mobile home community just off Baldwin County 38, authorities said.On Sunday, Morales-Gonzalez was arrested and booked into the Baldwin County Jail. His bond is set at $200,000.
