Boba Fett clearly wasn’t up to the task of filling Jabba’s very large, er, shoes so it makes sense that we’ll see Rotta the Hutt slither onto the scene. As far as I can tell, he will still be a baby Hutt at this point. He was only 55 years old during the Clone Wars, and even with a few more decades under his belt, he’ll still be a child. Hutts don’t reach adulthood until around 200 years. This means we’ll have a Baby Yoda and a Baby Jabba in the same movie.
We’ll certainly learn a lot more about the movie over the next . . . 17 months, as it’s not slated to hit theaters until May of 2026.Our community is about connecting people through open and thoughtful conversations.
