CLEVELAND, Ohio - A Missing Adult Alert has been issued by the Cleveland Police Department for an endangered missing elderly man. Cleveland police are searching for Jay Reed , a 68-year-old man who suffers from seizures and early onset dementia.
The incident took place in Cuyahoga County on E 124th Street in Cleveland. Police described Reed as a Black male standing 5-feet-8-inches, weighing 135 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a brown corduroy jacket with a brown hat, bright yellow boots and Cleveland Browns earmuffs.Police are encouraging those to call or dial 911 if you see Jay Reed.
