ANCHORAGE , Alaska - There are reports of at least two business’ windows smashed early Sunday morning in Anchorage ’s Spenard area. Jackie’s Place restaurant said the window in their door was smashed. Despite that, they were still open Sunday.
The Northrim Bank nearby on Northern Lights and Spenard was the other property impacted around 4:30 a.m.The Anchorage Police Department confirmed Robert Fogelman was arrested in the area of the Northrim Bank around the time the situation was caught on camera. Charging documents say Fogelman smashed out the windows to the Southside entryway as well as the ATM at the bank.
