After getting about as dirty as the dog, firefighters got Lil Boy back on solid ground and without serious injuries, Eggert gratefully said. “He’s got a couple scratches, is pretty swollen and definitely pretty exhausted,” Eggert confirmed, “but he had the time of his life overall. ”Eggert said thanks to the heroic efforts of the Alliance Fire Department, Lil Boy was brought home where he belongs and cleaned up before sunset. “Not all rescues are equal, let alone expected!” city of Alliance Fire Department Chief Hunt stated. “As usual Alliance, you have a fire department you can be proud of.” Eggert and Corbi even took their Lil Boy out for ice cream... thankfully, that trip was much less adventurous.19 News is home to Northeast Ohio’s only all animal show!
