Teyaj Fletcher, the mastermind behind iSpoof, has faced a more severe punishment than expected, only ordered to pay back a fifth of his £2million fortune.
The mastermind behind a scam call website, Tejay Fletcher, has been ordered to repay just a fifth of his £2million fortune after amassing £3.175million from his crime.
Fletcher, the founder and leading administrator of iSpoof, cost 200,000 victims £43million through its fraudulent services. Despite his wealth, Fletcher was ordered to pay back only £404,331. During the scam, 20 people a minute were conned, and Fletcher sold the call spoofing technology to these criminals. He also managed Telegram help desk, a platform for fraudsters to discuss and gain access to iSpoof's latest features and updates.
