Valdo Calocane, a former mechanical engineering student, stabbed to death students Barnaby Webber and Grace O'Malley-Kumar, both 19, in Ilkeston Road, Nottingham, and school caretaker Ian Coates, 65, to death after thinking the voices in his head were a punishment from the Government for breaking lockdown rules during Covid-19. He attempted to murder three more people with a stolen van earlier, which he was unable to complete as he was arrested before. The inquiry is still ongoing.
