Ali Fedotowsky credits her pescetarian diet to her late The Bachelor co-star, Gia Allemand, who suggested the change before her tragic death. Fedotowsky has been vegetarian ever since.

Ali Fedotowsky is a pescetarian now because of her late The Bachelor co-star Gia Allemand . Fedotowsky shared on Kaitlyn Bristowe’s “Off the Vine” podcast that Allemand suggested she try a pescetarian diet and felt great after doing so. After Allemand died by suicide in 2013, Fedotowsky decided to become pescetarian and eventually transitioned to vegetarianism. She explained that she hasn't had meat since that dinner with Allemand thirteen years ago.

Fedotowsky's husband, Kevin Manno, also changed his diet, becoming vegan before shifting to a more flexible approach due to living in the South where vegan options are harder to find
