The parents of Anna Moriah Wilson are suing Kaitlin Armstrong, her mom, her sister, and Colin Strickland for fraudulent transfer. The new lawsuit claims that the defendants transferred Armstrong’s assets and sold her properties “with the intent to hinder, delay or defraud plaintiffs.” It adds that the transfers were undertaken to avoid “debts which arose within a reasonable time after the transfer was made.
The lawsuit says three of Armstrong’s properties, two in Austin and one in Lockhart, were transferred to her mother, sister, orA nationwide asset search indicated that a Chase Bank account owned by Defendant Kaitlin Armstrong, which contained $78,000.00, was emptied on May 9, 2024, leaving only $10.00 in the account. Upon information and belief, the funds were transferred by Defendant Christine Armstrong in her capacity as attorney in fact for Kaitlin Armstrong.
