Anthony Rizzo will retire as a member of the Chicago Cubs and become a team ambassador. The 36-year-old Rizzo spent most of his 14 major league seasons with the Cubs, hitting .272 with 242 home runs. He helped the team win the World Series in 2016. Cubs executive chairman Tom Ricketts praised Rizzo as a key figure in the team's success.
