The former Made In Chelsea star, 36, admitted that she sought help to achieve her envy-inducing stomach, which she showcased in a lemon yellow crop top and mermaid-tail skirt as she hit the red carpet at the star-studded bash.
The TV personality, who is mother to Sienna, six, and Aurelia, four, with ex-husband Hugo Taylor, was seen in a new video visiting plastic surgeons Andres Bello and Sadaf Jaffari. Millie stripped off to her underwear as she was talked through the procedure as the surgeons drew on her midriff. They said: 'We do want a very nice defined mid line and we want the shadowing of the ribs with the obliques and the rectus abdominals.
So we're going to do that.
'We never have a flat abdomen. The abdomen needs to have four curvatures, which are natural, otherwise it looks like a brick it's not natural.
