A California woman, Michaela Rylaarsdam , 32, has pleaded guilty to the 2023 death of Michael Dale, 55, during a sexual encounter that escalated into a fatal accident.
Rylaarsdam, who operated under the alias Asshley SinCal, was a married mother of three and a high-end escort who charged up to $1,500 per session. The incident occurred during a session where Dale paid her over $11,000 for a series of requests, including being tied up, wrapped in plastic, and having a bag placed over his head. Despite Rylaarsdam calling 911, Dale succumbed to asphyxiation the following day.
Investigators discovered disturbing footage from Rylaarsdam’s phone showing Dale struggling to breathe under the plastic and duct tape, while she continued filming for her OnlyFans account. Rylaarsdam claimed it was her first time engaging in such fetish behavior, though her online profile suggested otherwise. She and her husband, Brandon, who allegedly knew about her secret life, ran their escort business together.
