The event brought together principals and department representatives from across the district.
The event brought together representatives from every school and department in the district under one roof. Organizers said it’s the only time every principal and manager is in the same place at the same time.
“This is an exciting time of the year, exciting day. All the principals at every school, our central office department representatives are here. It is important to come and meet people who are eager to work in Baldwin county. So, we have a lot of jobs open right now.
We’re a growing county as you may know. Growing fast. So, it’s a one stop shop,” said Eric West, assistant superintendent of human resources for the Baldwin County Board of Education. Positions ranged from teaching roles to support staff like custodians, bus drivers and technicians.
