GENEVA , Ala. - An Enterprise man is facing charges after witnesses say he nearly killed another person during an assault in Geneva on Wednesday morning.

Goldsmith was described by officers as a “violent and habitual offender. ” He was out on parole for first degree robbery and theft of property charges when this incident on Wednesday occurred.
