After he allegeldy hit the dog, Errico claimed Charvet didn’t stop driving and instead headed for a gated community, where she believes he then called the police. Errico and her husband rushed their 11-year-old white English Labrador to the vet, but he had to be euthanized. She then filed a police report for a hit-and-run. Police, however, don’t agree with Errico’s characterization of the incident. Specifically, they do not consider what Charvet did to be a hit-and-run, as he called the police at the time, according to TMZ.
