An Iranian national has pleaded guilty in North Carolina federal court for his role in a ransomware and extortion operation that prosecutors say targeted computer networks for U.S cities, including Baltimore's city government. The U.S. Justice Department says Sina Gholinejad entered the plea Tuesday on two counts.
