A bike tour will take place on Sunday in the city's Back of the Yards neighborhood to help vendors there. In some cases, up to 100 cyclists join in, and many chip in to help street vendors sell out.. Organizers say the movement is meant to support street vendors as many fear being detained during the Department of Homeland Security's operation "Midway Blitz."
