Mock-ups of the design provided to Fox show an image of Trump layered over an image of the Declaration of Independence against an American-flag background on the inside front cover.

The State Department gave Fox this image:reports the State Department will produce only 25,000 passports with the Trump design; a source tells the outlet the proposed changes are still awaiting approval before they can be released. According to Fox, the passports will be issued “pending availability” to any U.S. citizen who applies for a new passport at the Washington, D.C. , passport agency.

” California representative Mike Levin similarly condemned the concept.
