North West, the 12-year-old daughter of Kim Kardashian, showcased her distinctive punk-meets-Y2K fashion at Coachella 2026. Her festival looks included graphic tees, pleated skirts, spiky accessories, and unique nail art, drawing inspiration from her mother and setting trends for the season.
Coachella 2026 weekend 1 is already over, but we got plenty of style inspo to hold us over thanks to North West . The 12-year-old brought her signature punk style to the festival with a few special twists. Yesterday, April 12, West paired her go-to graphic tee look with pleated skirt. She also took the accessories to another level for day 3. She put on a spiky black hat over her long blue hair. Though she opted for matte black spikes on the hat, her bracelets and necklaces were covered in silver spikes, creating a dynamic look, especially under the festival lights. She even wore a pair of black suede boots with silver spikes.
On TikTok, West also gave us a closer look at her manicure for the weekend. She opted for a medium-length duck-shaped set covered in a light gray shade that was almost white. West arrived for day 2 of Coachella weekend 1 in an oversized graphic tee and opted for ultra high top sneakers to complete the outfit. Her studded choker and wristbands made the look edgier and matched her black handbag. For the final touch, she wore a pair of ultra cool shield sunglasses, a Y2K fashion staple that her mom, Kim Kardashian, has been seen wearing too. Perhaps taking further inspiration from her mom, West debuted a new wavy hairstyle. While mermaid waves are typically associated with more casual beach-centric aesthetics, the style is gearing up to be one of the hottest trends of the season. And, West just proved it works with alt styles too.
For day 1 on April 10, she wore a graphic tee featuring striped sleeves detached at the elbows and paired it with black denim shorts. Chunky black boots completed her look. As for accessories, she opted for a choker necklace layered with longer ones and spiky wristbands. However, if you feel a little bit of déjà vu from West’s Coachella 2025 look, you’re not imagining it. She’s wearing the Balenciaga Le Cagole bag just like she did last year as well.
In lieu of a new hair color, West kept the blue and instead braided and wore charms and pins in the front strands of her hair, mimicking the effect of the money piece hair dye trend. The trendy style usually involves wearing the face-framing hairs in a different hue than the rest, but West’s version is a fun alternative to avoid the bleach. The rest of her hair was worn in a super long straight sleek style. Her TikTok videos also gave us a closer look at the rest of her glam. To go with her smokey eyeshadow, dark eyeliner, and spider lashes, she chose a dark lip liner and a cool-toned light neutral glossy base. As the perfect final touch, she added plenty of glowy highlighter on the tip of her nose.
