Khloé Kardashian is facing criticism for appearing significantly darker in a recent billboard advertisement for her protein chips, leading to accusations of Blackfishing. This isn't the first time she's been accused of altering her appearance in a way that evokes racial ambiguity, and her reaction to the online discussion has fueled further speculation.
In the billboard photo, Khloé — who was promoting her Khloud “protein chips” — looked very tanned. Amid the discourse, several people accused Khloé of “ Blackfishing ,” which is when someone purposefully attempts to appear as though they are Black or racially ambiguous.
