Showcasing the 'very best Asian cuisine nationwide', the contest aims to present spice fans with the 'outstanding curry houses in their local area'. The 100 restaurants are selected by a public vote and are recommended by the ACF's expert panel. Winning eateries were handed their accolades at the Asian Catering Federation Prestige Dinner and Top 100 Award Ceremony last month.
