The victim said she was gathering her stuff when she was approached by the suspect, and a struggle ensued for 10 minutes before she was able to escape, according to court records.

Thursday, May 14, 2026 7:25PMA Houston Methodist Hospital employee, who was stabbed multiple times inside the Texas Medical Center garage, tried fighting off her alleged attacker before escaping, according to court records.

The stabbing happened just before 7 a.m. Monday, when HPD said the employee, who had just arrived at work, was found stabbed inside her car on the fifth floor of Garage 1 at TMC near Fannin Street. He has been charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon and aggravated kidnapping. Court records state the victim, a tech at the hospital, parked on the fifth floor of the garage. She was on the driver's side getting her stuff when she was approached by the alleged suspect. Records allege the victim was startled and fell from the driver's side to the passenger side of the vehicle.

She then began kicking and screaming as Green allegedly attacked her. The Houston Police Department released images of the suspect on Tuesday morning. During the struggle, records state the victim tried to hit the horn of her car multiple times. At one point, she was allegedly zip-tied.

Green allegedly asked the victim for her debit cards and keys, and once he had them, he started the vehicle's engine. The victim told police she was screaming through the whole incident but eventually managed to open the passenger door using her toes and flee to find help, court records state. In total, the victim suffered seven stab wounds to the chest, three facial lacerations, and multiple stab wounds on other parts of her body, according to records. Copyright © 2026 KTRK-TV.
