CHP says officers responded at about 1:45 p.m. Thursday to the eastbound 105 Freeway, near Vermont Avenue, to reports of a black Toyota Camry blocking the HOV lane and found a man slumped over the wheel with a gunshot wound.CHP officials said the case was being investigated as possible highway violence. The three far-left lanes of the eastbound 105 Freeway were closed just west of Vermont Avenue while authorities conducted an investigation. The closure caused a backup of traffic stretching west to the 405 Freeway. CHP Detectives are still searching for the suspect and suspect vehicle. There was no description of the suspect or that person's car.
