Pasadena police said the suspect walked up to the victim's doorstep, set down an empty box, and then picked up a UPS package containing the victim's bank card.

Pasadena police said a package theft suspect posed as an Amazon delivery worker before stealing the victim's bank card and withdrawing thousands of dollars. According to the Pasadena Police Department, the suspect, portrayed as an Amazon delivery worker, walked up to the victim's doorstep at 1:38 p.

m. on Monday, set down an empty box, and then picked up a UPS package containing the victim's bank credit/debit card. Officials said the suspect then left the scene, activated the bank card, and later went to the J.P. Morgan Chase Bank located at 2475 Bay Area Blvd. in Houston. The suspect then made multiple withdrawals with the card, totaling $3,000. Investigators released surveillance images of the suspect and said they need the public's assistance in identifying him.
