One teen was shot in the chest and abdomen and is in critical condition, police said. A second teen was shot in the abdomen and leg and is hospitalized in critical condition, police said.A 17-year-old teen seen running from the shooting with a backpack containing three 9 mm handguns was taken into custody, police said. He has been charged with three counts of unlawful aggravated possession of a firearm, aggravated possession of a stolen firearm and unlawful possession of ammunition.
