Safety gear will be handed out in all five boroughs to kick off spring cycling season in New York City.
Biking weather is back and a record setting helmet giveaway is planned for New York City cyclists. Safety gear, including lights, will be handed out in all five boroughs starting on Saturday at the Russell Page Playground in Queens.
The program runs through the end of June.
