, on Tuesday morning. It happened around 5:30 a.m. in the southbound lanes between the Rockhill Drive/Neshaminy Mall exit and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. According to police, the driver of a Honda Fit, identified as 45-year-old Julio Ricardo Munoz of Philadelphia, was experiencing problems with his vehicle.That's when, police say, his Honda was hit by a Kia Seltos, and Munoz was then hit by the Honda.Video from Chopper 6 showed the three damaged vehicles stopped at the scene.
